Please note: For the health of your hair and the quality of your braids, hair must be clean before braiding services. If hair is not pre-washed, detangled, and blow-dried, a wash service will be required.

Booking & Payment Policies

​

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required for all braiding services priced at $85 or more. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

​

• Service Agreement: No services will be performed unless the client has agreed to the estimated total during the consultation. This ensures transparency and clarity regarding the final cost before the appointment begins.
